λόγος Μαξίμου κυρίῳ μου ἀδελφῷ Ἀμμωνίῳ Σαραπάμμων χαίρειν. ἀπήντησεν πρὸς σὲ ὁ ἀδελφὸς ἡμῶν Δωρόθεος ἀξιωθεὶς ὑπʼ ἐ μοῦ ὥστε αὐτὸν ἀπαιτῆσαιἀπετῆσαι τὰς ἐχθέσειςἐχθέσις τὰς λοιπαζομένας τῆς τετάρτηςτεταρ ἰνδικτίωνος. οἶδας ὅτιὅθι καὶ τὰ ἐνέχυρα ἡμῶν ἔξω εἰσὶν καὶ ὁ πατὴρ ἡμῶν Διόσκορος ἔχρησεν ἡμῖν καὶ αὐτὸν θέλομεν πληρῶσαι· διὸ σπουδή σοι γενέσθω συνβαλέσθαι αὐτῷ μετὰ καὶ τῶν συμμάχων ἄχρις οὗ ἂν τὴν ἀπαίτησινἀπέτησιν ποιή σῃ τῆς τετάρτης ἰνδικτίωνος· αὐτὸς γὰρ καὶ τὸν λόγον αὐτῶναυτος δύναται εἰδέναι καὶ διὰ τοῦτο ἠξίωσα αὐτὸν ἀπαντῆσαι καὶ τὴν ἀπαίτησινἀπέτησιν ποιῆσαιποιηση ἵνα δυνηθῶ μεν καὶ Διόσκορον πληρῶ σαι καὶ τὰ ἐνέχυρα ἡμῶν ἀνα κομισώμεθα. μὴ οὖν ὀκνήσῃς συνβαλέ σθαι αὐτῷ μετὰ καὶ τῶν συμμάχων ἄχρις οὗ ἂντν τὴν ἀπαίτησινἀπέτησιν ποιήσῃ. ἐρρῶ σθαί σε εὔχομαι πολλοῖς χρόνοις, ἄδελφε.
