ἐπὶ ὑπάτων τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Αὐτοκρατό ρων Διοκλητιανοῦ τὸ θ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τὸ η Σεβαστῶν ΑὐρήλιοςΑὐρηλιοι Ἡρακλῆς Σεραπίωνος μητρὸς Οδινας ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως καὶ ἡ γενομένη καὶ ἀπηλλαγμένη μου γυνὴγυναικι Αὐρηλία Μαρία Ἡρακλείδου μητρὸς Ταυώνιος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἀπε ζεῦχθαι τῆς πρὸς ἀλλήλους συμβιώσεως καὶ ἕκαστος ἡμῶν ἀπεσχηκέναι τὰ ἑαυ τοῦ πάντα ἐκ πλήρους καὶ οὐδὲν σοὶ ἐνκαλεῖνἐνκαλῖν οὐδὲ ἐνκαλέσεινἐνκαλέσιν οὐδὲ ἐπελεύσεσθαιἐπελεύσασθαι οὐ δὲουπ περὶ τῆς αὐτῆς συμβιώσεως ἐγγρά φου ἢ ἀγράφου πράγματος ἢ ὀφειλήμα τοςὀφιλήματος ἢ αονγμως ἐκ τῶν ἔμπροσθεν χρόνων μέχριμέχρει τῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡμέρας· τέκναν ἐξ ἀλλήλων μὴ ὄντων ἐξουσίαν ἔχειν ὁπότερος ἡμῶν ἁρμόζεσθαι ᾧ ἐὰν αἱρώμεθα γάμῳ ἀνευθύνῳ καὶ ἀνεγκλήτῳ ὄντι. κύρια τὰ τῆς ἀποζυγῆς γράμματα δισσὰ γραφένταραφέντα πρὸς τὸ ἑκάτερον ἔχειν μοναχὸν καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. ἔτους κ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν καὶ ιβ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ τῶν ἐπιφανεστάτων Καισάρων Τῦβι λ Αὐρήλιος Ἡρακλῆς ἀπεζεύχθην τῆς πρὸς σὲ συμβίωσεωςσυβιωσιν καὶ ἔσχον τὰ ἡμέτερα πάντα ὡς πρό κιται καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶςἐπερωτηθὶς ὡ μολόγησα.
