Δ τῇ κρατίστῃ βουλῇ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχ διὰ ἀξιολογωτάτου Αὐρηλίου Ἀσκληπιάδου Ἀχιλλίωνος ὑπο μνηματογράφου γυμνασιάρχου βουλευτοῦ ἐνάρχου πρυτάνεως τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἄμμωνος Ἄμμωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως διὰ βίου ἱερονικῶν ἀσκήσας τὸ τῶν πανκρατιαστῶν ἀγώνισμα κοσμήσας τὴν θρεψαμένην ὡς οὐδὲ ὑμῖν ἠγνόηται καὶ εἰς τοὺς ἔξω τόπους γενέσθαι προσταλμένο ἡ τῶν νας ους ἐὰν ἡ τῶν θεῶν πρόνοια συναρομένη ὑμετέρας τύχης παρασχε κοσμη ταύ την τε τὴν δέησιν ἀξιῶν συμψηφος νους ἐκδόσθαι μοι τὰ περὶ τούτου συνη διευτυχεῖτεδιευτυχεῖται ἔτους γ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Γαίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐαλερίου Διοκλητιανοῦμαοκλητιανου καὶ ἔτους δ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμιανοῦ Γερμανικῶν Μεγίστων Εὐσεβῶν, Εὐτυχῶν, Σεβαστῶν.
