ἐμίσθωσεν Αὐρήλιος Σαραπίων ὁ καὶ Ἀπολλωνιανὸς γυμνασι αρχήσαςγυμνασιαρχησαντος τῆς Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει διὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἄμμωνος ἐπιτρόπου Αὐρηλίῳ Ποδᾶτι Ψεναμούνιος μητρὸς Ταπετσείριος ἀπὸ Σκὼ εἰς ἔτη δύο ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος γ ἔτους ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῷ περὶ Σκὼ ἐκ τοῦ Ἀπολλωνίου ρχου καλουμένου ρο ος ἀρούρας ἕνδεκα τέτα ρτον , ὥστε κατʼ ἔτος σπεῖραι φα κῷ, ἐκφορίουἐκφωρίου ἀποτάκτου κατʼ ἔτος μέτρῳ τετάρτῳ φακοῦ ἀρταβῶν πεντήκοντα μίαν ἀκίνδυνα πάντα παντὸς κιν δύνου, τῶν τὴς γῆς δημοσίων ὄντων πρὸς τὸν μεμισθωκότα ὃν καὶ κυριεύειν τῶν καρπῶν ἕως τὰ κατʼ ἔτος ὀφειλό μενα κομίσηται. ἐὰν δέ τις τοῖς ἑξῆς ἔτεσι ἄβροχος γένηται, παραδεχθήσεται τῷ μεμισθωμένῳ, γενο μένης σοι τῆς πράξεως ἔκ τʼ ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑ παρχόντων μοι πάντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης. κυρία ἡ μίσθωσις. ἔτους γ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ Φαῶ φι ιγ. Αὐρήλιος Ποδᾶς Ψε ναμούνιος ὁ προτετα γμένος μεμίσθωμαι τὴν γῆν ἐπὶ τὰ ἔτη δύο καὶ ἀποδώσω κατʼ ἔτος ἀπο τάκτου φακοῦ μέτρῳ τετάρ τῳ ἀρταβῶν πεντήκοντα μιᾶςμίαν , πάντα δὲ ποιήσω ὡς πρόκιται Αὐρήλιος Διογένης ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ μὴ εἰδότος γράμ ματα.Connections
