Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης πόλεως ἡ κρατίστη βουλή, διὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀπόλλωνος τοῦ καὶ Διονυσίου γενομένου ὑπομνηματογράφου βουλευτοῦ τῆς λαμπρο τάτης πόλεως τῶν Ἀλεξανδρέων γυμνασιαρχήσαντος πρυτανεύσαντος βουλευτοῦ ἐνάρχου πρυτάνεως, Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀπολλω νίῳ γενομένῳ ὑπομνηματογράφῳ στρατηγῷ, διὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀσκληπιάδου γενομένου ὑπομνηματογράφου διαδόχου, τῷ φιλτάτῳ χαίρειν. ἐπίσταλμα ἐν ἡμῖν ἀνεγνώσθη τοῦ πρώην αἱρε θέντος Θεοδώρου ἀντὶ Ἀρείονος σκρείβα ἀπαντῆ σαι ἐπὶ τὴν ἡγεμονίαν καὶ προσεδρεῦσαι τῷ ἀχράν τῳ αὐτοῦ δικαστηρίῳ, διʼ οὗ ἐνέφαινεν ἑαυ τὸν ἱερονίκην εἶναι, μὴ ὑποκεῖσθαι δὲ ἐξετάσε σινἐξετάσαισιν εἴ τινα ἡ χρεία αδαιτοι, καὶ κατὰ τοῦτον ἐχειρισάμεθα Αὐρήλιον ἈπολλοθέωναἈπαγλοθέωνα εἰς τοῦτο. ἵνʼ οὖν φανερὸν αὐτῷ γένηται καὶ ᾖ τάχος ἐκδημῆσαι δικαστηρίῳ δὲ ον προσεδρεῦσαι ἐπιστέλλεταί σοι, φίλτατε. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὐχόμε θα, φίλτατε. ἔτους η καὶ ἔτους ζ τῶν κυρίων ἡμῶν Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστῶν, Μεχεὶρ ιϛ.
