ωι. Διδύμῳ στρατηγῷ διʼ Ἀμμωνίου διαδόχου παρὰ υριου Αὐρηλίου Ὡρείωνος καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει γενομένου στρατηγοῦ τῆς πόλεως καὶ ἀρχιδικαστοῦ διὰ Φιλορωμαίου οἰκονόμου. οὗ ἐπόρισα ἐκ τοῦ καταλο γείου χρηματισμοῦ ἐστιν ἀντίγραφον. Εὐδαίμων ὁ καὶ Ἀσκληπιάδης ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ ἀρχιδικασ τὴς στρατηγῷ Ὀξυρυγχίτου χαίρειν. τοῦ δεδομένου ὑπομνήματος ἀντίγραφον με ταδοθήτω ὡς ὑπόκειται. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους ιζ Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου καὶ Μάρκου Αὐρη λίου Ἀντωνείνου Σεβαστῶν Φαμενὼθ ιβ. Τέρας διὰ Διονυσίου σεσημείωμαι. Εὐδαίμονι τῷ καὶ Ἀσκληπιάδῃ ἱερεῖ ἀρχιδικαστῇ καὶ πρὸς τῇ ἐπιμελείᾳ τῶν χρηματιστῶν καὶ τῶν ἄλλων κριτηρίων παρὰ υριου Αὐρηλίου Ὡρείωνος καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει γενομένου στρα τηγοῦ τῆς πόλεως καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς εὐθηνίας καὶ πρεσβευτοῦ καὶ ἀρχιδικαστοῦ. τοῦ προει μένου μοι χειρογράφου καὶ τῆς ὑπʼ αὐτὸ ὑπογραφῆς ἀντίγραφον ὑπόκειται Καλπουρνίῳυριῳ Αὐρηλίῳ Ὡρείωνι καὶ ὡς χρηματίζει γενομένῳ στρατηγῳ τῆς λαμπροτάτης πόλεως τῶν Ἀλεξανδρέων διὰ Πούδεντος φί λου χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ υρειου Αὐρηλίου Ὡρίωνος κατελ Πούδεντι
