ὑπατείας Φλαουίου Κωνσταντίου καὶ Οὐαλερίου Μαξίμου τῶν λαμπροτάτων ἐπάρχων, ΜεχεὶρΜεχὶρ ιε. Φλαουίῳ ΛευκαδίῳΛευκαδίου Λευκαδίου λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Εὐστοχίου Κοπρέως συστάτου τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως. δίδωμι εἰς ὑπηρεσίαν δημοσίου πλατυπηγείου ἀγωγῆς ἀρταβῶν φ υ κατὰ τὴν Ἀλεξάνδρειαν ὑπὸ ἈπολλῶνΑνον κυ βερνήτην ἀπὸ πόλεως επν μοι τὸν ἑξῆς ἐνγεγραμμένον ὄντα ἐπιτήδειονἐπιτήδιον πρὸς τὴν χρείαν. ἔστι δέ· Αὐρήλιος Γερόντιος Σύρου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως απρ Αὐρήλιος Εὐστόχιος Κοπρέως συστάτηςσυστάτου ἐπιδέδωκεἐπιδέδωκα.
