βούλομαι ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μισθώσασθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν ἐπὶ πενταετῆ χρόνον λογιζόμενον ἀπὸ καρπῶν τῆς σὺν θεῷ ἑνδεκάτης ἰνδικτίωνος καὶ αὐτῆς τὴντο ὑπάρχουσανὑπαρχον αὐτῇ ἄρουραν μίαν ἥμισυ σπορίμης γῆς ἀνύδρουἀνυδρους διακειμένης ὑπὸ τὴν παραφυλακὴν τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Ναγώκεως τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ εἰς σπορὰν καὶ κατάθεσιν καρπῶν ὧνὡ ἂν αἱρῶμαιἑρῶμαι φόρου ταύτηςτουτου κατʼ ἔτος τῷ συμβρόχῳ σίτου ἀρταβῶν πέντε μέτρῳ παραλημπτικῷπαρελημπτικῷ Ἀθηναίῳ τοῦτω ὑμετέρουὑμετέρω προνοητοῦπρονοητῶ γίνονται σίτου ἀρτάβαι ε, τῷ δὲ ἀβρόχῳ, ὃτο μὴ εἴη, παρέξω τὸ ἥμισυ τοῦ αὐτοῦ φόρου ἐν μηνὶ Ἐπεὶφ κατʼ ἔτος ἀνυπερθέτωςἀνυπερτως. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
