Διοσκουρίδῃ στρατηγῷ Ἑρμοπολίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίας Δημητρίας τοῦ Ὡρίωνος μητρὸς Εὐδαιμονίδος ἙρμοπολιτίδοςἙρμοπολειτίδος πόλεως λιβὸς μετὰ συμπαρόντος μοι Αὐρηλίου Ε τοῦ Ἀγαθοῦ Δαίμονος Θεωνερμει νου μητρὸς Ἑρμοπολίτου συγγενοῦς μου. χωρὶς ἧς ἀπεγραψάμην μου οἰκίας καὶ τῶν ἀνηκόντων πάντων ἐκ λιβὸς ἀπογράφομαι κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ὑπὸ Οὐαλερίου Δάτου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἡγεμόνος εἰς τὴν κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν τοῦ κδ ἔτους Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου εἰς τὰ ὑπάρχοντά μοι ἐμαυτὴν καὶ τοὺς ἐμούς· δοῦλον μου ἐκ μητρὸς Πλωτείνης πόλεως λιβὸς ἐτῶν λδ νον τὸν καὶ Βήρυλλον ἐπικεκλημένον Ξενοφῶντα ἄλλον ἐκ μητρὸς τῆς καὶ Ἑρμιόνης δούλης μου πόλεως λιβὸς ἐτῶν κη καὶ ἐμαυτὴν Αὐρηλίαν Δημητρίαν τὴν προγεγραμμένην ἀπὸ γυμνασίου ἐτῶν οβ ὑπάρχει δέ μοι ἐπὶ πόλεως λιβὸς ὁλόκληρος οἰκία καὶ τὰ ἀνήκοντα καὶ ἐξ ἀπηλιώτου ταύτης δωδέκα τον πατρικὸν μέρος οἰκιῶν συνεχουσῶνσυνεχῶν δύο καὶ αὐλῆς καὶ τῶν ἀνηκόντων πάντων καὶ εἰσό δου καὶ ἐξόδου, καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου τύχην οὕτως ἔχειν. ἔτους κε Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου vestiges
