ἀμφοδογραμματεῦσι Φρουρίου Λιβὸς παρὰ Αὐρηλίας Διοσκοροῦτος Ἑρμαίου τοῦ καὶ Παθώτου μητρὸς Σουεροῦτος Κάστορος Ἑρμοπολίτιδος ἀναγραφομένης ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Φρουρίου Λιβὸς συμπαρόντος μοι τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ ὄντος καὶ ἀνδρὸς Θεογνώστου τοῦ καὶ Μώρου. ἀπογράφομαι κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα ὑπὸ τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἡγεμόνος Οὐαλερίου Δάτου εἰς τὴν κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν τοῦ κδ ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου εἰς ὃν προαπέσχον σταθμὸνοἶκον ἐπὶ Φρουρίου Λιβὸς ιδ ἐμαυτὴν Αὐρηλίαν Διοσκοροῦν τὴν προγεγραμμένην ἀπὸ γυμνασίου ἐτῶν λ καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου τύχην οὕτως ἔχειν. ἔτους κε Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αυρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀντωνίνου Παρθικοῦ Μεγίστου Βρεττανικοῦ Μεγίστου Γερμανικοῦ Μεγίστου Εὐσεβοῦς Σεβαστοῦ, Φαμενὼθ κ. Αὐρήλιος Νικόστρατος ἐν κλήρῳ ἔσχον ἴσον.
