ἐπειδὴ ἔπεμψα Χρυσάφιν τὸν σύμμαχον διʼ ἐμὲ εἰς ἀγροὺς ὀφείλοντα ἐνέγκαι ὑμᾶς εἰς τὴν πόλιν χάριν Μαξιμίνου τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ σου, λοιπὸν ἅμα τῇ ἀναγνώσει τῶν γραμμάτων παράσχες ΣενουθίῳΣενουθίου ἓν ὁλοκοττίνιονὁλοκοττίνιν εἰς συμπλήρωσιν τῶν δύο νομισμάτων τοῦ αὐτοῦ Μαξιμίνου. εἰ δὲ καὶ οὐ θέλεις δοῦναι τὰ δύο, κατάλαβε εἰς τὴν πόλιν, ἵνα ὑπάγω μετὰ τῶν ναυτῶν κάτω, καὶ ἐγὼ ἀπαιτωω τὸν Μαξιμῖνον τὰ δύο ὁλοκόττινα. ἤδη γὰρ τὸν αὐτὸν Σενούθιον τὸ ἄλλο ὁλοκοττίνιονὁλοκοττίνιν. ἔδωκενἔδωσεν γ δὲ τῷ αὐτῷ Μαξιμίνῳ τὰ ἓξ ὁλοκόττινα. ἐπίδος μείζοσι χωρίου Ψενύρεως παρὰ Ἰσάκ.Translations (1)
Nachdem ich den Symmachos Chrysaphis von mir aus auf das Land geschickt habe, der Euch zur Stadt bringen sollte wegen Deines Bruders Maximinos, gib nun gleich beim Durchlesen des Briefes dem Senuthios einen Solidus zur Auffüllung der zwei Solidi desselben Maximinos. Wenn Du aber die zwei nicht geben willst, komm in die Stadt, damit ich mit den Schiffern hinuntergehe, und ich werde selbst dem Maximinos die zwei Solidi abfordern … bereits den genannten Senuthios den anderen Solidus.
