εἴδη τῆς φιλοκαλείας καὶ ἐξαρτίας τῶν τοῦ Κλύσματος οὐ μὴν ἀλλὰ καὶ ναυτῶν καὶ ἄλλων χρείας τοῦ δημοσίου ἐπὶ ἰνδικτίονος ἑβδόμης καὶ ἐτάξαμεν διὰ τῆς διοικήσεώς σου ἀρίθμια νομίσματα καὶ τὰ τούτων ἐντάγια ποιήσαντες ἐπέμψαμέν σοι. πάραυτα οὖν τοῦ δέξασθαί σε τὰ παρόντα γράμματα πρὸς τὴν δύναμιν τῶν ἐνταγίων τὸ τοιοῦτο χρυσίον ἄνυσον καὶ πέμψον διʼ ἀνθρώπουἀνθρώπω σου τοῦ ὀφείλοντος τοῦτο καταβαλέσθαι Σαειδ ἡμετέρῳ παιδὶ καὶ μὴ δόξῃ σοι παρελθεῖν τιπαρέχειν τι ἕνεκεν ναύλου τὸ σύνολον εἰ μὴ τὸ τοῦ παραδιδομένου σιτοκρίθουσίτου ἐμβολῆς εἰς τὰ ὅρριαὁρια Βαβυλῶνος. μέλλω γὰρ ἐρευνῆσαι καὶ μαθεῖν τὰ περὶ τούτου καὶ ἐὰν εὕρω σε παρελθόνταπαρασχόντα τι τὸ σύνολον ὑπὲρ ναύλου ἔξωθεν τῆς εἰρημένηςτοιαύτης ἐμβολῆς τῶν ὁρρίωνὁρίων ἀποδιδῶ σοι ἀνταπόδοσινσοι ἐπεξέλευσιν τὴν συντείνουσανσυντίνουσαν εἰς τὴν ψυχὴν καὶ ὑπόστασίν σου
