χης καὶ ποιήσεως τῆς κτιζομένης αὐλῆς τοῦ Αμιραλμουμνιν μηνῶν ἐπὶ τῆς παρούσης ἰνδικτίονος ὀγδόης καὶ τὰ τούτων ἐντάγια ποιήσαντες τοῖς τῶν χωρίων ἐπέμψαμέν σοι. τούτους οὖν πρὸς τὴν δύναμιν τῶν ἐνταγίων πέμψον καὶ παράδος Αβδερααμαν υἱῷυἱον Σαλμαν τῷ ἐπικειμένῳ τῆς αὐτῆς ἐργασίας καὶ μὴ δόξῃ σοι πέμψαι παντοῖονπαντοῖαν ἀπαργυρισμὸν την. ἐγράφη μηνὸς Ἁθὺρ ι ἰνδικτίονος η

… and construction … of the palace of the Amīr al-Mu’minīn now being built for … months in the present 8th indiction, and having made out the demand notes for these to the people of the separate places, we have sent them to you. Them, therefore, in accordance with the powers given by the demand notes, send .... and hand over to ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Salmān, who is in charge of the said work; and see to it that you do not send any money composition whatever [but the workman himself?]. Written the 10th Hathyr, 8th ind.
