Ἀπολλωνίωι στρατηγῶι Ἀπολλωνοπολίτου Ἑπτακωμίας παρὰ Ἑργέως πρεσβυτέρου Θοτσύτμιος καὶ Σεν ήσιος Πετεησεπῶτος τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς μητροπόλεως. τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος ὁμόσε ταῖς ἄλλαις εὐεργεσίαις στήσαν τος τὴν βασιλικὴν καὶ τὴν δημοσίαν καὶ οὐσιακὴν γῆν κατʼ ἀξίαν ἑκάστην καὶ οὐκ ἐκ τοῦ παλαιοῦ προστάγματος γεωργεῖσθαι, αὐτοὶ δὲ βεβαρημένοι πολλῷ χρόνῳ δημοσίοις βασιλικὴν γῆν, τοῦ δὲ Ἑργέως περὶ γραμματείαν πόλεως ἄρουραν α ιϛ ἀνὰ γ ιβ, ἀνὰ γ δ ἄρουρας δ η ιϛ ἀνὰ β 𐅵 ἀρούρας δ καὶ περὶ κωμογραμματείαν Πώεως ἀνὰ ε 𐅵 ἀρούρας η ιϛ ἀνὰ β ιβ ἀρούρας καὶ περὶ κωμογραμματείαν Τερύθεως ἀνὰ β 𐅵 ιβ ἀρούρας α, τῆςἡ δὲ Σενήσιος περὶ γραμματείαν πόλεως ἀνὰ γ ιβ ἀρούρας η καὶ μόγιςς τυχὼν ταύ της τῆς εὐεργεσίας ἐπιδίδωμι τὸ ἀναφόριον εἰς τὰς προκειμένας ἀρούρας ἀνὰ α κδ, παραδε χομένης μοι ἀβρόχου καὶ ἡμισείαςἡμισίας ἐπηντλημένης. ἔτους β Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Τῦβι ιδ.
