Φλαυίοις Ἰσιδώρῳ καὶ Θεοδώρῳ ὀφφικιαλίοις τάξεως ἡγεμονίας Θηβαίδος παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Κανώπου Ψάϊτος ἀπὸ κεφαλαιωτῶν ιδ ἐπινεμή σεως ἀπὸ Ὑψηλιτῶν πόλεως. ὁμολογῶ ὀμνὺς τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν καλλινίκων αἰωνίων Αὐγούστων ἀναδεδέχθαι ὑμῖν Δανιὴλ Μικκάλου ἀπὸ κεφα λαιωτῶν τῆς ιγ ἐπινεμήσεως κελευσθέντα ἀπαντῆσαι εἰς τὴν τάξιν ἐφʼ ᾧ με αὐτὸνᾧτε τοῦτον τὸν προει ρημένονπροειρημένων παραδοῦναι ὑμῖν ἐνἐπὶ τῇ καθόδῳἐπανόδῳ. εἰ δὲ μὴ τοῦτο ποιή σωποιησης, ἑτοιμότατα ἔχω τὴν χώραν αὐτοῦ ἀποπληρῶσαι πᾶσαν χώρανπάσχων μακρὰ ἐν τῷ δικαστηρίωι, ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ὑπατείας ΔομιττίουΔομεττίου Μοδέστου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου ἐπάρχου τοῦ ἱεροῦ πραιτωρίου καὶ Ἀρινθέου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου στρατηλάτου Μεσορὴ δ. Αὐρήλιος Κάνωπος ὁ προκείμενος ἐγγυῶμαιἐνγυῶμαι τὸν προκείμενον ἄνδρα ὡς πρόκειται. ἀναδοχὴ Δανιὴλ κεφαλαιωτοῦ Ὑψηλιτῶν διὰ Κανώπου ἐγγύου τοῦ Ὑψηλιτῶν κεφαλαιωτοῦ.
