χμγ μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαουίου Ἰωάννου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου, Τῦβι ιη, η ἰνδικτίονος. Φλάουιος Θεοδόσιος Κύρου ἀναφερόμενος εἰς τὸν ἀριθμὸν τῶν γενναιοτάτων Μαύρων τῶν ἐπὶ τῆς ἙρμουπολιτῶνἙρμοπολιτῶν καθιδρυμένων Φλαουίῳ Ἑρμίνῳ Ἀσκληπιάδου μαθιουἈσκληπιάδου διὰ ΜαθίουΑμαθίου τῷ καθωσιωμένῳ ὀπτίονι κριθαχύρου τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀριθμοῦ. ὁμολογῶ ἀπειληφέναι καὶ πεπληρῶσθαι παρὰ σοῦ τῆςτὴντῆς μηνι αίας ἀννώνης μηνιαίαν ης τοῦτοῦ ἑξαμηνιαίου χρόνου, τοῦτʼ ἔστιν· τοῦτʼ ἔστιν· Φαμενὼθ Φαρμοῦθι Παχὼν Παῦνι τῆς ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονος, Ἐπεὶφ Μεσορὴ τῆς ἐνάτης ἰνδικτίωνος κάπιτα καὶΘὼθ Φαῶφι Ἁθὺρ Χοιὰκ αι περὶ τούτου μηδένα λόγονμοι ἀνάλογον τῆς μηνιαίας τῆς ἀννώνης τοῦ ἑξαμηνιαίου χρόνου ἀπειληφέναι καὶ πεπληρῶσθαι παρὰ σοῦ κάπιτα ωσθαι παρὰ σοκπ καὶ πρὸς τὴν σὴν ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαι τὴν ταύτην πεποίημαι τὴν ὁμολογίαν εε
