μεθʼ ὑπογραφῆς ἐμῆς ὡς πρόκειται ἰνδικτίονος. Φλάουιος Κολλοῦθος Ἱερακίωνος ἀρταβῶν ἑπτακοσίας καθαρὰς σὺν ναύλοις καὶ λημματίσωλυματίσω εἰς τὴν μεγάλην χειρογραφίανχιρογραφίαν· συνφωνεῖ μοι πάντα ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος ΦοιβάμμωνΦοιβάμμωνος Ἐπανακίου γραμματεὺς μαρτυρῶ τῷ ἀσφαλεῖ ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου. Αὐρηλία Ἄννα θυγάτηρ Κύρου ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως πληρωθεῖσα παρὰ σοῦ τοῦ σοφωτάτου σχολαστικοῦ Ὠριγένους τῆς μεγίστης ἀγορᾶς ἀπὸ τοῦ χρυσίου τοῦ δοθέντος τῷ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτῳ κόμετι Ζαχαρίᾳ παρὰ σοῦ ὑπὲρ τιμήματος τῶν πραγμάτων τοῦ μακαρίτου Κολλούθου Ἱερακίωνος ἀναδίδωμι καὶ ἐκχωρῶ σοι ταύτην αὐτοῦ τὴν ὑπογραφὴν μετὰ τῶν ἀνηκόντων αὐτῇ δικαίων καὶ ἀγωγῶν. Ἴσακος υἱὸς αὐτῆς ἀξιωθεὶς ὑπέγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῆς γράμματα μὴ ἐπισταμένης καὶ συναινῶ ὁμολογὡμολεγήσας τῇ ἐμῇ μητρὶ ἐπὶ πᾶσι τοῖς ἐνπεριεχομένοις τῇ αὐτῇ ὑπογραφῇ ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Κολλοῦθος υἱὸς Θεοφίλου ἀδελφὸς Ἰσακίου συναι νῶ ὁμολογὡμολεγήσας τῇ ἐμῇ μητρὶ ἐπὶ πᾶσι τοῖς ἐμπεριεχομένοιςἐμπεριερχομενος τῇ αὐτῆς ὑπογραφῇ ὡς πρόκειται.
