ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν μηνὶ Ἐπὶφ ιη τῆς παρούσης πρώτης ἰνδικτίωνος ἐν Ἡρακλέους πόλει. Αὐρήλιος Ἰωάννης γεωργὸς υἱὸς τοῦ μακαρίου Ἰωσῆφ ἀπὸ κώμης Πεενπεβίχεως τοῦ Ἡρακλεοπολίτου νομοῦ Αὐρηλίῳ Ἑνῶχ υἱῷ Ἀπολλῶ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης. ἐπείπερ κατὰ τὰς προσενεχθείσας σοι παρʼ ἐμοῦ αἰτήσεις προσῆλθες εἰς τὴν ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ ἐγγύην παρὰ Φλαυίῳ Φοιβάμμωνι τῷ ἐνδοξοτάτῳ ἰλλουστρίῳ καὶ παγάρχῳ ταύτης Ἡρακλέους πόλεως, κατὰ τοῦτο ὁμολογῶ, ὁτεδήποτε ζητηθῶ παρὰ τοῦ εἰρημένου ἐνδοξοτάτου ἀνδρόςἀνδρι, ἑτοίμως με ἔχεινἔχει ἐμφανῆ ἐμαυτὸν καταστῆσαι καὶ ἀπολογήσασθαι τῷτο ἐπιζητοῦντί μοι προσώπῳ καὶ ἀνενόχλητόν σε ποιῆσαιποιῆσε ἕνεκεν τῆς τοιαύτης ἀντιφωνήσεως· εἰ δὲ μὴ τοῦτο ποιήσω, ἀλλʼ ἐὰνεἰὰν καὶ συμβῇ σὲ ὅπερ ἀπείη ζημίανζημια ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ ὑποστῆναι, ὥστε σε ἄδειαν ἔχειν καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἐπιβῆναι πάντων τῶν ἐμῶν πραγμάτων καὶ πωλῆσαι ἐξ αὐτ καὶ ὑποθέσθαι καὶ δοῦναι ἐπὶ ἑτέρῳ τρόπῳ, ἄχρις ἂν τὸ ἱκανόν σοι γένηται. κυρία ἡ παροῦσα παρακλητικὴ ὁμολογία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα καὶ ἀπέλυσα.
