Πρωτάρχωι στρατηγῶι Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Διδᾶ τοῦ Ἑρμᾶ ἐπιτηρη τοῦ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιγ ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ ὑποδοχίων δύο περὶ κώμην Ἡφαιστιάδα. αἰτούμενος λόγον δηλῶ ἀπὸ τῶν αὐ τῶν ὑποδοχίων μηδὲν ἀπὸ θήρας ἰχθύωνἰχθυας περιγεγο νέναι μέχρι νῦν. οἱ δὲ ἀπὸ τῆς κώμης χρῶνται τοῖς αὐτοῖς ὑποδοχίοις, ὑφʼ ὧν καὶ ὁ ἀπότακτος αὐτῶν φόρος διαγράφεται πιαζόμε νοςπιαζώμενος ὑπό σου. Διδᾶς διὰ Ἀσκληπιάδου ἐπιδέδωκα τὸν προκείμενον λόγον ἐξ ὑγιοῦςὑγειοῦς καὶ ἐπʼ ἀληθ είαςἀληθίας ὡς πρόκειται. ἔγραψεν ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ φαμένου μὴ εἰδέναιἰδέναι γράμματα Σαωφᾶς νομογράφος. ἔτους ιγ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ μηνὸς Καισαρείου ἐπαγομένων ε.
