ἀντίγραφον ὑπομνηματισμοῦ. ἔτους η Δομιτιανοῦ μηνὸς Καισαρείου ι. κληθέντων τινῶν ἐκ τῶν προτε θέντων πρὸς δικαιοδοσίαν ὀνομάτων καὶ μὴ ὑπακουσάντων Μέττιος Ῥοῦφος ἐκέλευσε τὸν κήρυκα κηρῦξαι· οἱ προτε θέντες ἐπʼ ἐμὲ καὶ μὴ ὑπακούσαντες ἴστωσαν, ὅτι πάλιν ἀναγορευθήσονται καὶ ἂνκὰ̓̀ν μηδὲ τότε ὑπακούσωσιν ἀπόντες κριθήσονται. Ἀπολλόδωρος ῥήτωρ· πρὸς τοῦτο σοῦ τὸ κήρυγμα οἱ συνηγορούμενοι ὑπʼ ἐμοῦ Μενελαῒς ἡ καὶ Ποσειδωνία καὶ Ποσειδώνιος ἀναγκαίως ἀσ φαλίζονται, ὅτι ἄλλως οὐ δύνανται λέγειν τὴν δίκην, εἰ μὴ λάβοιεν τὰ βιβλία παρὰ τῶν ἐπιτρόπων, καὶ ἀξιοῦσιν ὑπομνηματισθῆναι τὴν ἔντευξιν αὐτῶν. Ἰουνίου ῬούφουἸούνιος Ῥοῦφος. ἔτους ιγ Δομιτιανοῦ Φαμενὼθ β. κληθέντος Σαλβίου Μαΐορος πρὸς Ἀπρώ νιον Κέλερα καὶ μὴ ὑπακούσαντος τοῦ Ἀπρωνίου Ἰούνιος Ῥοῦφος· παρήνγειλας; Σάλβιος · παρήνγειλα καὶ ταβέλλας ἐσφράγισα. μη ἐβλάβης ὀφθαλμούς.
