βασιλεῖ Πτολεμαίωι χαίρειν Τρύφων Ἀντιγόνου ἀδικοῦμαι ὑπὸ Τεῶτός τινος. ἐγλαβόντος μου ἧς αὐτὸς ἐξειλήφη, ἐφʼ ὧι κατεργώμεθα θήσεται δʼ ἐμοὶ συγγραφὴν μισθώσεως κοιν τὴν χέρσον, καὶ ἀξιοῦντός μου θέσθαι μοι αὐτ ἐκκλεῖσαί με τῆς μετοχῆς καὶ τῶν ἔργων. δέομαι οὖν σου, βασιλεῦ, εἴ σοι δοκεῖ, προσ τάξαι Διοφάνει τῶι στρατηγῶι γράψαι Ῥόδωνι τῶι ἐπιστάτηι ἀποστεῖλαι αὐτὸν ἐπὶ Δι οφάνην ὅπως διακριθῆι μοι ἐπʼἐφʼ αὐτοῦ καί, ἐὰν ἦι τὰ διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως ἀληθῆ, ἐπαναγ κάσαι Τεῶν θέσθαι μοι τὴν συγγραφὴν τη τούτου γὰρ γενομένου, ἔσομαι διὰ σέ, βασιλεῦ, τοῦ δικαίου τετευχώς. εὐτύχει. Ῥόδωνι. μάλιστα διάλυσον αὐτούς· εἰ δὲ μή, ἀπόστειλον διακριθῶσιν. ἔτους δ, Δαισίου κζ, Ἁθὺρ κη. Τρύφων Ἀντιγόνου πρὸς Τεῶν περὶ συγγραφῆς καὶ ἔργων.Connections
