βασιλεῖ Πτολεμαίωι χαίρειν ένους, Πέρσης τῆς ἐπιγονῆς. ἀδικοῦμαι ὑπὸ καὶ τῆς αὐτοῦ Θευδότης, τῶν κατοικούντων ἐνἐμ Πηλου σίωι Μεσορή. οἰκησάντων γὰρ ἡμῶν ἀμφοτέρων μεθʼ αὑτῶν, τοῦ δὲ προγεγραμμένου ἔτους τὸν βίον καταλυσάσης, ὑπαρχόντων δέ μοι σκευ ῶν αι δρέπανον θεριστικὸν οὗ τιμὴ δραχμαὶ β, ἀξίνη οὗ τιμὴ δραχμαὶ β ὀβολοὶ γ ουν μεστὸν γναφάλλων οὗ τιμὴ δραχμαὶ ε, κίστη εια καὶ χαλκοῦ νομίσματος δραχ κ, ἃς παρεδει ξ ύτοις ᾠχόμηνὠιχόμην εἰς Βακχιάδα ὅπως ἀπαγ γέλλω κατάλυσιν τοῦ βίου· μετὰ δὲ ταῦτʼ ἀνακάμ ψαντός μου καταφρονήσας μου ὅτι ξένος εἰμὶ τὸ πο ἀποστερῆσαιἀποστερε͂σαι. δέομαι οὖν σου, βασιλεῦ, π μὴ ὑπερ ιδεῖν με ἀδικούμενον, ἀλλὰ προστάξαι Διοφάνει τῶι στρατηγῶι γράψαιγράξαι Μενάνδρωι τῶι ἐπιστάτηι ἐπαναγκάσαι αὐτοὺς τὰ δίκαιά μοι ποιῆσαιποῆσαι. τούτου γὰρ γενομένου, διὰ σέ, βασιλεῦ, τὸν πάντων κοινὸν εὐεργέτην, τεύξομαι τοῦ δικαίου. εὐτύχει. Μενάνδρωι. μάλιστα διάλυσον αὐτούς· εἰ δὲ μή, ἀπόστειλον πρὸς ἡμᾶς ἐκ τῆς ι τοῦ Χοίαχ ὅπως διακριθῶσιν ἐπὶ τοῦ καθήκοντος κριτηρίου. ἔτους δ, Δαισίου κϛ, Ἁθὺρ κη.
