βασιλεῖ Πτολεμαίωι χαίρειν Θεόδοτος. ἀδικοῦμαι ὑπὸ Νικίου τινός, τῶν κατοικούντων ἐνἐμ Βουβάστωι, τῆς Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος. χρησάμενος γὰρ παρʼ ἐμοῦ ὄνον δραχμῶν μ ἐνἐμ μηνὶ Φαῶφι τοῦ κϛ ἔτους, καὶ ἐμοῦκαμοῦ ἀναπλεύσαντος εἰς τὸν Ἑρμοπολίτην πρὸς ντός μου ἕως τοῦ νυνεί, παραγενομένου δέ μου καὶ ἀπαιτοῦντός μου τὴν ὄνον ἣν ἐχρήσατο παρʼ ἐμοῦ, οὐκ ἀποδίδωσί μοι οὐδʼ εἰς τὸ φανερὸν ἄγει τὴν ὄνον. τοῦτο δὲ ποιεῖποεῖ καταφρονῶν μου παρὰ τὸ π δέομαι οὖν σου, βασιλεῦ, εἴ σοι δοκεῖ, προστάξαι Διοφάνει τῶι στρατηγῶι γράψαι Μελεάγρωι τῶι ἐπιστάτηι ἀποστεῖλαι Νικίαν ἐφʼ αὑτὸν περὶ ὧν ἐπικαλῶ αὐτῶι διὰ τῆς ἐντεύξεως ἵνα, διὰ σέ, βασιλεῦ, τοῦ δικαίου τύχω. εὐτύχει. Μελεάγρωι. μάλιστα διάλυσον αὐτούς· εἰ δὲ μή, ἀπόστειλον ὅπως ἐπὶ διακριθῶσιν. κατὰ τοὺς νόμους τὸ δίκαιον λάβωσιν. ἔτους α, Γορπιαίου κη, Τῦβι ιγ. ἔτους α, Γορπιαίου κη, Τῦβι ιγ.
