βασιλεῖ Πτολεμαίωι χαίρειν Μενέλλας Παραιβάτου, Κυρηναίος τῆς ἐπιγονῆς, τῶν ἐξ Ἱερᾶς νήσου τῆς Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος. τοῦ δ ἔτους, Φαῶφι ιϛ, τετελεύτηκεν Λυσανίας βάτου τοῦ πατρός μου νεώτερος ἀδελφός· τούτωι δὲ οὔτε γυνὴ οὔτε τῶν δὲ καταλελειμμένων ὑπαρχόντων καθήκει μοι κληρονομεῖν. δέομαι οὖν σου, βασιλεῦ, προστάξαι Διοφάνει τῶι στρατηγῶι, εἰκονογραφήσαντά με παρʼ αὑτῶι κ τὴν κληρονομίαν, γράψαι Ἱππάρχωι τῶι ἐπιστάτηι, ἐάν τινας τῶν υτον καὶ αἱρῶνται ἀποδιδόναι μοι διʼ αὐτοῦ ὑπογράψασθαι κεκομισμέν διὰ χρηματισμοῦ, τοὺς δὲ ἀπειθοῦντας ἀποστέλλεινἀποστείλλειν ἵνα ἐπαναγκασθῶσι τὰ δίκαιά μοι ποιεῖν. τούτου γὰρ γενομένου, τεύξομαι, βασιλεῦ, τοῦ ἀξιώματος. εὐτύχει. Μενέλλας ὡς ἐτῶν λ, μέσος, μελίχρως, μακροπρόσωπος, εὐθύρριν, οὐλὴ σιαγόνι δεξιᾶι, ἀπογέγραπται παρʼ ἡμῖν τὴν κληρονομίαν δι ἔτους δ, Δαισίου κζ, Ἁθὺρ κθ.Connections
