ἐν ὀνόματι τῆς ἁγίας καὶ ζωοποιοῦ τριάδος πατρὸς καὶ υἱοῦ καὶ ἁγίου πνεύματος Ἐπεὶφ ἀρχῇ τῆς ἰνδικτίονος α. Αὐρήλιοι Δῖος καὶ Ἴσακος καὶ Μουσαῖος καὶ Εὐδοξίας καὶ Ἀθανασίας ὁμογνήσιοι ἀδελφοὶ ἐκ πατρὸς Ἰωάννου ὁ καὶ πουκι ἐκ μητρὸς ωρας ὁρμώμενοι ἀπὸ Ἀπόλλωνος ἄνω Αὐρηλίαις Θέκλᾳ θυγατρὶ Ἀβρααμίω Ἐνὼχ ἐκ μητρὸς Ταὰμ Κότσι καὶ Μαρίᾳ ἡ καὶ Τλῶισα καὶ Μαρίᾳ ἀδελφῇ ἐκ πατρὸς Δανιηλίου ἐκ μητρὸς Τσίφου καὶ Σ θυγατρὶθωγατρὶ Ἰσακίου ἐκ μητρὸς Σοφίας ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Ἀπόλλωνος χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἐσχηκέναι καὶ δεδανεῖσθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν σήμερον εἰς ἰδίαν ἡμῶν ἀναγκαίαν χρείαν χρυσοῦ νομίσματα δύο τρίτον ζυγῷ Ἀπόλλωνος, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομίσματα β γ μόνα καὶ ταῦτα σὺν θεῷ ἑτοίμως ἔχομεν παρασχεῖν ὑμῖν ἐν ἑπτὰ καταβολαῖς οὕτως· ἀνὰ νομισματίου τρίτον ἑκάστης καταβολῆςκαταβολαῖς κατʼκαθʼ ἔτος ἄτοκαἀτοκι ἐν τῷ μηνὶ Θὼθ καθῆκον χωρὶς οἱασδήποτε ἀντιλογίας καὶ ὑπερθέσεως διὰ παντὸς προσφέροντος ὑμῖν τούτου τ ἀσφάλεια· Δῖος καὶ Ἴσακος καὶ Μουσαῖος καὶκαὶ Εὐδοξίας καὶ ἈθανασίαςἈνασίας νομίσματα β γ ἐν ζ καταβολαῖς ἀπὸ τῆς ἑκάστης καταβολῆς ἄτοκαἀτοκι
