ἔτους β, μηνὸς Δίου αϛ, Θῶυθ ιϛ, ἐν Ἑρμοῦ πόλει τῆς Θηβαΐδος. ἐδάνεισεν Ἑρμίας ου Πέρσης τῶν φερο μένων ἐν τοῖς τῶν ἱππέων μισθοφόρων υἱοῖς Διονυσίωι Κεφαλᾶτος Πέρσηι τῆς ἐπιγονῆς πυροῦ στερεοῦ ἀρτάβας ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα · τοῦτο δʼ ἐστὶν τὸ δάνειον ὃ προσωφείληκεν Διονύσιος Ἑρμίαι ἀπὸ συγγραφῆς δανείου οὗ συνῆρται αὐτῶι ἅμα τῆι συγγραφῆι ταύτηι ἀναφερομένηι· τὸν δὲ πυρὸν ἄτοκον ἀποδότω Διονύσιος Ἑρμίαι ἢ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ ἐν μηνὶ Λωίωι ὅς ἐστιν Παῧνι τοῦ δευτέρου ἔτους, πυρὸν στερεὸν νέον καθαρὸν ἄδολον μέτρωι τῶι πρὸς τὸ χαλκοῦν καὶ καταστησάτω ἐπὶ τὸν κατὰ τὴν Ἀκώριος ὅρμον τοῖς ἰδίοις ἀνηλώμασι· ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀποδῷ καθʼ ἃ γέγραπται, ἀποτεισάτω Διονύσιος Ἑρμίαι ἢ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ τιμὴν ἑκάστης ἀρτάβης χαλκοῦ δραχμὰς τρισχιλίας · καὶ ἡ πρᾶξις ἔστω Ἑρμίαι καὶ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ τῶν κατὰ τὴν συγγραφὴν πάντων ἔκ τε αὐτοῦ Διονυσίου καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῶι πάντων καθʼ ἅπερ ἐκἐγ δίκης· ἡ συγγραφὴ ἥδε κυρία ἔστω. δάνειον Διονυσίωι πρὸς Ἑρμίου πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν ρν.Connections
