αυταις βκ ἢ ὅσαι ἐὰν ὦσι σπεῖραι κριθῇ ἐκφο ρίου ἐκἐγ γεωμετρίας ἀνὰ κριθῆς ἀρτάβας τέσσερες καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ δ γύου τὴν λεγομένηνλεγομην πρότερον Ζοίλου ἄρουραν μίαν τέταρτον σπεῖραι κριθῇ ἐκφορίου ὁμοίως ἐκἐ γεωμετρίας ἀνὰ κριθῆς ἀρτάβας ἕξ, σπονδῆς τῆς μισθώσεως δραχμὰς τέσ σερες, ἀκίνδυνα πάντα παντὸς κινδύνου, τῶν ὑπὲρ τῆς γῆς δη μοσίων ὄντων πρὸς τὴν μεμισθωκυῖανμεμισθωκυεῖαν, ἣν καὶ κυριεύειν τῶν καρπῶν, ἕως ἂντν τὰ δηλούμενα ἅπαντα κομίσηται. τῆς δὲ μισ θώσεως βεβαιουμένης ἀπο δότωσαν οἱ μεμισθωμένοι ἅπαντα τῷ Παῦνι μηνὶ ἐφʼ ἁλώ νων τῶν μὲν ἀρουρῶν ε 𐅵 δ ἐν τῷ κλήρῳ, τῶν δὲ λοιπῶν ἐφʼ ἅλω τυλου, πάντα νέα καθαρὰ ἄδολα ἄβωλα κεκοσκινευμένα, τὸν δὲ πυρὸν ἄκριθον ὡς εἰς δη μόσιον μετρούμενον, τὰ μὲν ἐκφόρια τῶν ἀρουρῶν ε 𐅵 δ μέτρῳ ἕκτῳ Χύσεως, τὰ δʼ ἄλλα πάντα μέτρῳ τετραχοινίκῳτετραχοινείκῳ Σινκέφα, καὶ ἡ πρᾶξις ἔστω τῇτω μεμισθωκυίᾳ καὶ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτῆς ἔκ τε τῶνῶν με μισθωμένων ἀλληλενγύων ὄντων εἰς ἔκτισινἐκτισν καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτοῖς πάντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης. κυρία ἡ μίσθωσις. ἔτους ιγ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ αντωνείνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς Φαῶφι ιδ.Connections
