ὄντως Θεοῦ κελεύοντος, Κῦρι Παπᾶς, οὐ δύναται βαλεῖν ἡμᾶς ἡ θεοφύλακτος ὑμῶν ἀδελφότης διότι ἔγραψα αὐτῇ πέμψαι μοι τοὺς ἀντιδίκους Σαβίνου ὀφείλοντας κατελθεῖν πρὸς μὲ ἀπῆλθεν καὶ ἔβαλεν αὐτοὺς εἰς ἁλιευτικὸν χωρὶς ψωμίου, καὶ καὶ ἔφυγαν καὶ ἀνῆλθαν καὶ οὐδὲ ὅλως ἦλθαν πρὸς μέ. ἀλλὰ σχεδὸνσχεδὼν μὴ ἀναμείνῃ πρὸς μίαν ῥοπὴν εἰ μὴ βάλῃ αὐτοὺς πέμψῃ αὐτοὺς πρὸς μὲ ὁπουδάν εἰμι, ὀφείλοντας κατελθεῖν αὐτῆς πάροδον· καὶ Θεοῦ κελεύοντος ἀπάρτι ἄνω μανθάνῃ οὕτως ἔχει ἡμᾶς, οὐδὲ γὰρ ὅταν καὶ θελήσῃ βαλεῖν ἡμᾶς εὐθέως πέμψῃ μοι διὰ στρατιώτου τῆς Ἀπόλλωνος ὀφείλοντος ἀλλὰ τὰς γυναῖκας αὐτῶν βάλῃ εἰς φυλακὴν ἄχρις οὗ δέξηται γράμματα παρὰ τοῦ δεσπότου μου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου τοποτηρητοῦ ὅτι ἀπήλλαξαν τὸ πρᾶγμα αὑτῶν· καὶ τ θέλει καὶ αὐτὸς ἐλθεῖν, ἔλθῃ, ἐπειδὴ αὐτῆς ἐστιν τ ἀλλὰ τὰ πρόσωπα πρὸς τὴν ἤδη πεμφθεῖσαν ἐπιστολὴν ἀλλὰ πάντως ἆς καταλάβωσίν με ὁπουδάν εἰμι ει περὶ τῆς κακῆς αὐτῶν ὄψεως ἐγράφη μοι πάλιν χθὲς ἵνα τούτους ἐξπελλεύσῃ πρὸ τοῦ αὐτὸν ἀνελθεῖν . τῷ θεοφυλάκτῳ μου δεσπότῃ καὶ ἀδελφῷ Παπᾷ παγάρχῳ Ἑλλάδιος νοτάριος περὶ ἀντιδίκων Σαβίνου
