Αὐρηλίῳ ΜαικίῳΜαρκίῳ τῷ καὶ Νεμεσιανῷ ἀπαιτητῇ διοικοῦντι τὸνδιοικοῦντι τὴν στρατηγίαν ἙρμοπολίτηνἙρμοπολίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίας Τινούτιος Ἑρμείνου ἙρμοπολίτιδοςἙρμοπολείτιδος μετὰ συν εστῶτος τοῦ ἀνδρὸς Αὐρηλίου Διοσκουρίδου Ἀμμωνίου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. ἀπογράφομαι παρὰ σοὶ ἐντὸς τῶν ὁρισθεισῶν ἡμερῶν δίκαιον κληρονομίας τοῦ πατραδέλφου μου Χαιρήμονος Ἁρποκρατίωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως τετελευτηκότος ἀτέκνου καὶ ἀδιαθέτου ἐπʼ ἐμοὶ μόνῃ κληρονόμῳ. ἧς κληρονο μίας φθάσασα διεπεμψάμην τῷ λαμπροτάτῳ ἡγεμόνι Οὐαλερίῳ Φίρμῳ τὴν διακατοχήνδιακαταχην, φυλασσομένων μοι ἁπάντων ὧν ἔχω δικαίων, καὶ δηλῶ τὰ καταλειφθέντα ὑπʼ αὐ τοῦ σύνπαντα ἄξια εἶναι ὡς ταλάντων τριῶν, καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Μάρκων Ἰουλίων Φιλίππων Καισάρων τῶν κυρίων Σεβαστῶν τύχην οὕτως ἔχειν. ἔτους γ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Ἰουλίου Φιλίππου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς καὶ Μάρκου Ἰουλίου Φιλίππου γενναιοτάτου καὶ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος Σεβαστῶν Παῦνι κβ.
