Διόσκορος Ἀμμωνιανῷ κουράτορι καὶ τῷ τιμιωτάτῳ ἀμφοτέ ροις τοῖς φιλτάτοις πολλὰ χαίρειν καὶ τὸ προσκύνημα ὑμῶνἡμῶν ποιῶ καθʼ ἑκάστην ἡμέραν παρὰ τοῖς ἐνθά δε θεοῖς ἔλαβα ἐπιστολὰς οὐδεμίαν ἐκομισάμην οὐδὲν ζητῶι εὔχομαι τὴν σωτηρίαν ἡμῶν καλῶς διακεῖσθαι ἐρρῶσθαι εὔχομαι.
