Διόσκορος ΔράκωνιΔρακων καὶ Ερημησις καὶ ἈμμωνιανῷἈμμωνιανος κουράτορικουρατωρ ἀμφο τέροις τοῖς φιλτάτοις πολλὰ χαίρειν. πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομαι ὑμᾶς ὑγιαίνεινὑγιαίνιν καὶ τὸ προσ κύνημα ὑμῶνἡμῶν σου ποιῶ παρὰ τῇ Τύχῃ τοῦ πραισιδίουπρεσιδίου καὶ τῶν ὀρέωνὀρήων ὅπου ἐπιξενοῦμαι. τὰ νῦν ἔπεμψά σοι τὸ τρι κεράμιον καὶ οὐ κ ἔπεμψες μοι τὸν ἀντίγραφον. ἀσπάζομαι ΠετοσῖρινΠετοσερις. φρόντισόνφρόντισέν μοι ὀψαρίδια, ἀναδώσω δηνάριονδενάριον ἕκαστον. καὶ γράψον μοι περὶ τῆς σωτηρίας ὑμῶνἡμῶν. ἄσπασαι ΣαραπάμμωναΣαραπαμων Ἀντω ἐρρῶσθαι εὔχομαι.
