Διόσκορος ΔράκωνιΔράκων καὶ Ερε μεσις καὶ ἈμμωνιανῷἈμμωνιανὸς κουράτορι ἀμφοτέροις τοῖς φιλτάτοις πολλὰ χαίρειν. καὶ τὸ προσκύνημα σου ποιῶ ὑμῶνἡμῶν ποιῶ παρὰ τῇ Τύχῃ τοῦ πραι σιδίουπρεσιδίου καὶ τῶν ὀρέωνὀρήων ὅπου ἐπιξε νιοῦμαι. ποσάκιςποσάκεις ἔγραψα ὑμῖν οὐδεὶςοὐδὲ ἕνα ὑμῶν εγρά ψας μοι; κομίσατεκομίσασθεκομίσατε παρὰ Εὐτυχ σευτλίων δέσμαςσεύτλια δέσμην γ καὶ ἄλλην δέσμην σερίδωνσερις. διαμερίσατε οἱ τρεῖς. γράψον μοι περὶ τῆς σω τηρίας ὑμῶνἡμῶν. μὴ ὀκνήσητεὀγνήσεται ὃ λαμβάνετελαμβάνεται γράψον μοι ἵνα καὶ ἐγὼ μάθω ὅτι ἔλαβονἐλαβα τὸ ἐπʼ αὐτοῦ. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι.
