ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν καὶ τῆς δεσποίνης ἡμῶν τῆς ἁγίας θεοτόκου καὶ ἀειπαρθένου Μαρίας καὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων Τῦβι κ δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος ἐν Ἀρσινόῃ ἐπαρχίας Ἀρκαδίας. τῷ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτῳ Παύλῳ υἱῷ τοῦ τῆς μεγαλοπρεποῦς μνήμης Στεφάνου Κύρου γενομένου παγάρχου διὰ τῆς σῆς μητρὸς τῆς μεγαλοπρεπεστάτης ἀπὸ τῆς Ἀρσινοιτῶν πόλεως Αὐρήλιος Κοσμᾶς ὁ ὑμέτερος βοελάτης υἱὸς Ἀπολλῶ ἀπὸ ου τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νομοῦ τὰ νῦν οἰκῶν ἐνταῦθα ἐν πόλει τῇ αὐτῇ ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Ἱερῶν Σίγνων χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ μεμισθῶσθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων ὑμῖν ἀρουρῶν δέκα ἥμισυ κήπιον λαχανευόμενον ὅσου ἐστὶ ἀρουρηδοῦ μετὰ τῶν ἐν αὐτῷ φοινίκων καὶ συκομορέας δένδρων καὶ παντὸς δικαίου ἐφʼ ὅσον χρόνον βούλεσθε ἀπὸ τῶν ἐνισταμένων καρπῶν τρεισ καιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος vestiges
