Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀσκληπιάδῃ πραιποσίτῳ ιε πάγου νομοῦ Ἑρμοπολείτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Χωοῦς Ἡρακλῆτος καὶ ΣιλβανοῦΣιλβανὸς Πκύλιος καὶ Φῖβις Ἡρακλῆτος καὶ Ἀμμώνιος Ἰώνιος τῶν δ σιτολόγωνσιτολογοι κανόνος καὶ πατριμωνίου ιγ ἰνδικτίωνος ἀπὸ κώμης Πρήκτεως τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ὀμνύντες τὸν θεῖον καὶ σεβάσμιον ὅρκον τῶν πάντα νικώντωννικόντων δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Αὐγούστων ἑκουσίως ἀλληλέγγυοι ὄντες ἐγγεγυᾶσθαι Αὐρήλιον καὶ τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ Αὐρήλιον Ἀμ καὶ Αὐρήλιον καὶ τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ Αὐρήλιον Τεύκης καὶ Αὐρήλιον καὶ τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ Αὐρήλιον ἩρακλέαἩρακλης καὶ Αὐρήλιον καὶ τὸν υἱὸν αὐτοῦ Αὐρήλιον ου
