ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν καὶ τῆς δεσποίνης ἡμῶν τῆς ἁγίας θεοτόκου καὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων. Ἐπεὶφ ιδ δεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος, ἐν Ἀρσινόῃ. Φλαουίῳ Ἰωάννῃ τῷ ἐνδοξοτάτῳ ἰλλουστρίῳ καὶ παγάρχῳ ταύτης τῆς Ἀρσινοιτῶν πόλεως, Αὐρήλιος Φοιβάμμων μείζων υἱὸς Μηνᾶ ἀπὸ κώμης Βουβάστου τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νομοῦ, χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἑκουσίᾳ γνώμῃ, ἐπομνύμενος Θεὸν παντοκράτορα, συντεθεῖσθαί με πρὸς τὴν ὑμετέραν ἐνδοξότητα τὸν κόκκον τῆς αἰσίας ἐμβολῆς τῆς παρούσης δεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος, ἑτοίμως μʼ ἔχειν των εἰς πλῆρεςπλῆρης καὶ ἀνελλειπῶς καὶ ἀποπληρῶσαι αὐτῇ. εἰ δὲ μὴ τοῦτο ποιήσω, ἀλλʼ ἀπομείνῃ τι ἐξ αὐτῶν, ἐνέχεσθαί με παρασχεῖν αὐτῇ ὑπὲρ ἑκάστου μέτρου ἀπομένοντος χρυσίου νομισμάτιον ἕν, χρυσίου νομισμάτιον α. κυρία ἡ ὁμολογίαὁμολογω καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. Φοιβάμμων μείζωνμειζως υἱὸς Μηνᾶ στοιχεῖ μοι πάντα ὡς πρόκειται.
