Athenodorus uir perfectissimus praeses Thebaidos καυτα ἐκέλευσεν κουράτορα κατασταθῆναι τῇ παιδὶ τῇ θυγατρὶ Κλαυδιανοῦ ἐπιτρόπων τοῦ ἄρρενος Τιμαγένους καὶ Ἑλλαδίου ἔκτοτε ἄχρι σήμερον ὅτε εἰσήγαγον τὴν δίκην. Athenodorus uir perfectissimus praesespraesispraeses Thebaidos ei dixit: ἐπειδὴἐπειδὶ καὶ κουράτωρ ὠνομάσθη τῇ ἀφήλικι καὶ λοιπὸν δύναται νομίμως συστῆναι τὸ δικαστήριον ἐντὸς πεντεκαίδεκα ἡμερῶν ἄκουσον τοῦ πράγματος. Demetria dixit: εἰ μὴ πρότερον ἀνενέγκῃ ἀπόδειξινἀπόδιξιν πῶς εἰς αὐτὸν ἦλθεν μηδὲν ἰσχυέτω. Athenodorus uir perfectissimus praesespraesispraeses Thebaidos ei dixit: οἶδεν ὁ δοθεὶς δικαστὴς πῶς αὐτὸν χρὴ τοῖς νόμοις ἐξακολουθῆσαι.
