Ἑρμίνῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος, παρὰ Θενμεσοήρε ως τῆς Ψενοσίρεως μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ συνγενοῦς Πετε αρμούθου τοῦ Πεταρμούθου. ὁ υἱός μου Πνεφε ρῶς Πετεσούχου τοῦ Ψενεθαύσηος ἀφῆλιξ ἀναγεγραμμένος ἐπὶ κώμης Φιλα δελφίας ἐτελεύτησεν τῶι Φαῶφι μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ιδ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. διὸ ἀξιῶ ταγῆναι αὐτὸν ἐν τῆι τῶν τετελευτηκότων τάξει. Θενμεσοῆρις ἐτῶν λ ἄσημος. Πετεαρμοῦθις ἐτῶν γ ἄσημος. ὀμνύω Αὐτοκράτορα Καίσαρα Τραιανὸν Ἁδριανὸν Σεβαστὸν ἀληθινὰ εἶναι τὰ γεγραμμένα ἔτους ιδ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Ἁθὺρ ιγ.
