ἔτους δωδεκάτου Τιβερίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ ἐν Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει τῆς Θηβαίδος. ὁμολογεῖ Θερβ ἀπὸ κώμης τῆς τοπαρχίας ΠερσίνηΠερσεϊνῆι μετὰ κυρίου καὶ ἐγγύου πάντων τῶν κατὰ τὴν συγγραφὴν ταύτην εἰς ἔκτισινἔκτεισιν τοῦ ἑαυτῆς ἀνδρὸς τοῦ Δημητρίου τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Πέρσου τῆς ἐπιγο νῆς Πανεχώτηι Παυσίριος ἐν ἀγυιᾷ παρειληφέναι παρʼ αὐτοῦ ἀ πὸ τῆς ἐνεστώσηςἐνεστωση ἡμέρας ὃ ἀνῄρηταιἀνείρηται ἀπὸ κοπρίας εἰς δουλείαν θηλυκὸν σωμάτιον ᾧ ἐπέθηκεν ὄνομα ὥστε ἐπάναγκον τὴν ὁμολογοῦσαν τοῦτο θρέψαι καὶ θηλάσαι τῷ ἰδίῳ αὐτῆς γάλακτι, ἔτι δὲ καὶ τιθηνῆσαι ἐπὶ χρόνον ἔτη δύ ο ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡμέρας ἀντὶ τῶν ἑσταμένων ἐπιδοθῆναι αὐτῇ ὑπὸ τοῦ Πανεχώτου εἰς τροφεῖα καὶ ἱ ματισμὸν καὶ τὴν ἄλλην τὴν ὑπὲρ τοῦ σωματίου δαπάνην πᾶσαν ην καὶ ιου λόγον κατʼ ἔτος ἀργυρί ου νομίσματος δραχμῶν καὶ δὴ αὐτόθεν ἀπέχειν θ αὐτήν τε καὶ τὸν κύριον καὶ ἔγγυον πα ρὰ Πανεχώτου δραχμὰς
