Ἀσκληπιάδῃ τῷ θεῶι καὶ κυρίωι παρὰ Στοτοήτιος τοῦ Νούχεως ἱερέως καὶ προφήτου Ἁρψενή σιος καὶ Σαράπιος θεῶν μεγίστων ἱεροῦἱγεροῦ τοῦ ὄντος ἐν κώμῃ Βουσίρι τοῦ ὑπὲρ Μέμφιν Ἡρακλεοπολίτου. ὑπόκειται τῶι προκιμένῳ ἱερῷἱγερῷ σύνταξις ἐκ τῆς Ἁρπίσιος προσόδου κατʼκαθʼ ἐ νιαυτὸν πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι ρν, καὶ ὑπὸ σοῦ ἀπεδόθησαν ἕως τοῦ ιη ἔτους ΚαίσαροςΚαίσαιρος, ἐκδημήσαντος δὲ σοῦ εἰς τοὺς ἐκτὸς τόπους οἱ σοὶ προστάται ἕως τοῦ νῦν ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐννεακαιδεκάτου ἔτους Καίσαρος οὐκ ἔδωκαν ἡμῖν. καὶ οἱ μὲν ἀπὸ Λινῆ καὶ Κόμα κωμῶν ἱερεῖςἱγερῖς μὴ λαμβάνοντες τὰ ὑποκίμενα αὐτοῖς ἐντρέχοντες τῷ ἡγεμόνι Τυρρανίωι ἀπεκομίσαντο, ἡμεῖς δὲ τὴν ἐπʼ ἀγαθῷ σου παρουσίαν πρὸς καλὸν ποι οῦμεν, ἵνα μὲν τοῖς θεοῖς εὐχόμενοι διʼ ὅλου καὶ διὰ παν τὸς εριερη ἣν ἂν ἐπαφροδισίανην ἀνεπαφροδισίαν ν θεὸν καὶ κύριον Καίσαρα Αὐτοκράτορα καὶ τοὺς αὐ τοῦ υἱούς. δεόμενοι οὖνοὐ τῆς παρὰ σοῦ εὐσεβείαςεὐσεβήας μεταλαβεῖν ειτου ἀξιοῦμεν ἐὰν φαίνηται προστάξαι ἀποκατασταθῆναι ἡμῖν τὴν ὀφειλομένηνὀφιλομένην σύνταξιν τω, ὅπως τὰς θυσίας δυνώμεθα ἐπιτελεῖν καὶ τὰ ἄλλα τοῖς θεοῖς νομιζόμε να ἀνεμποδίστως ποιῶμεν ὑπέρ τε σοῦ καὶ τῶν τέκνων, ἵνʼ ὦμεν εὐεργετημένοι. διευτύχειδιευτύχι.
