Κρόκῳ κωμογραμματεῖ κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου παρὰ Ἁτρῆτος Σαταβοῦτος τοῦ Πανεφρέμμεως μητρὸς Σεγάθεως ἀπὸ κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου. ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτόν τε καὶ τοὺς ἐμοὺς εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κγ ἔτους θεοῦ Αἰλίου Ἀντωνείνου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐν ᾗ καταγεί νομαι ἐν οἰκίᾳ μητρικῇ ἐν τῇ κώμῃ. εἰμὶ δὲ ὁ προγεγραμμένος Ἁ τρῆς ἐτῶν κεκε ἄσημος καὶ τὴν γυ ναῖκά μου Ἰσάριον ἀπάτοραἀπάτωρ μητρὸς Τανεφρέμμεως τῆς Πανομιέως ἐτῶν α ἄσημον. ὑπάρχει δὲ αὐτῇ ἐν τῇ κώμῃ οἰκίαι δύο καὶ τέταρτον μέρος μαμμικὸν, καὶ Ταπετσῖρις Στοτοήτεως τοῦ Πανεφρέμμε ως μητρὸς Ταπετσίρεως ἐτῶν ιβ ἄσημος. ὑπάρχει δὲ τῇ Ταπετ σίρει οἰκίαι δύο καὶ αὐλὴαὐλης καὶ τέταρτον μέρος παππικὸν καὶ τέταρτοντεταρτου μέροςμέρους μαμμικὸν. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμιἐπιδίδωμει τὴν ἀπογραφήν. ἔτους α Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐήρου Σεβαστοῦ Μεσορὴ δ.

Ich melde [mich] und [die Meinen für die] Haushaltsmeldung des vergangenen [23. Jahres des Gottes Aelius] Antoninus in dem [Haus] meiner Mutter im [Dorf], in dem ich ansässig bin. Ich bin der oben genannte Ha[três], 2[5 Jahre alt], ohne Kennzeichen, und (ich melde auch) meine Ehefrau Isarion, vaterlos , [Tochter der T]anephremmis, [des Sohnes des Panomieus, 13 Jahre alt, ohne Kennzeichen; ihr gehören im Dorf] zwei [Häuser] und der vierte [großmütterliche] Teil. To [Kro]kos, village scribe of the village of So[knopaiou] Nesos [from Ha]tres, son of Satabous, the son of [Pan]e[phre]mmis, mother [Segathi]s, [from] the village of Soknop[aiou Nesos]. I register myself and [my family] for the house-by-house registration of the past [year 23 of the God Aelius] Antoninus, [in the house], in which I live, which is in the [village] and is inherited from my mother. And I am the above mentioned Ha[tres], 2[5] years old, without a distinguishing mark and (I register) my wife Isarion, father unknown , whose [mother] is [T]anephremmis, [daughter of Panomieus, 13 years old, without a distinguishing mark.
