Ἀθηνοδώρωι τῷ ἀδελφῷ πλεῖστα χαίρειν καὶ διὰ παντὸς ὑγιαίνειν ὡς εὔχομαι· ει συντελέσαι vestiges αι ὡς μὴ δυνα λη δὶς γεγράφηκα κʼἔστιν ησωμ πρὸ Σκόλοπος μέλλομεν ὑστερης vestiges τὸν προστάτην εἶναι· οὐκ εἴδην ὅτι μαρκης ἐστιν τόπου ὥστε ἐμὲ μένειν ἐν Βουσίρει ἡμέρας τρεῖς καὶ μὴ κατα λογήν μου ποιεῖσθαι ἀλλὰ ἀπορίψαι μοι τὸ ἐπί σταλμα δε μοι δεδωκέναι πλου τραψεσφεν. πέπομφα δέ σοι αὐτὸ τὸ ἐπίσταλμα τὸ συνηλιγμένον τῇ ἐπιστολῇ— ἐπεὶ νῦν παρῃτημένοι σι τὸν στρατηγὸν οἱ ὀφεί λοντες τὰς μετεπιγραφὰς τὰς ἕως τῆς ι τοῦ Μεχείρ· εὖ οὖν ποιήσεις ἐκ παντὸς τρόπου ήσαντος ἐδοῦναι Πετοβάσθι τῷ ἀποδιδοῦντί σοι τὴν ἐπιστολὴν ἵνα μὴ εγδοντον τῶν δέκα ἀρουρῶν γένηται ἡ φυτεία· ἐπεὶ Σκόλοψ οὐκ εἴακεν ἡμᾶς ὑπὸ χεῖραν ἐργά ζεσθαι ἡ πεφλεγμένη ἡμῶν τῶν ἔργων κεχώρισται τοῦ βοθυνισμοῦ· καὶ ἐπισ οτροπίων ἀγορασμός· καὶ περὶ τῶν σχοινίων μελησάτω σοι καὶ τοῦ σιδήρου ἐὰν ὦσιεἶενᾖ ἑτοῖμοι· ἐὰν δὲ μή, ἄλλα τρία σκαφεῖασκαφῆα ἡμεῖν εὐπόρησον· τὰ δʼ ἄλλα σεαυτοῦ ἐπιμέλου ἵνʼ ὑγιαίνῃς ὃ δὴ μέγιστον ἡγοῦμαι· ἔρρωσο· ἔτους κβ Καίσαρος ιδ loose fragment· νῦν ἐστι
