οι βραδέως ὑπο γράφων ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν Φλαυίῳ τῷ καθοσιωμένῳ πριμικηρίῳ ρουτων καθοσιωμένων Νουμίδων Ἰουστινιανῶν χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἔχειν και μεμετρῆσθαι παρά σου ας κεφαλαίου σὺν τόκῳ ἕκτῳ κριθῶν ἀρτάβας εἴκοσι μίαν, γίνονται κριθῆς ἀρτάβαι κα, ἥνπερ ἑτοίμως ἔχω ἀποδιδόναι σοισου ἐν τῷ Ἐπεὶφ μηνὶ τῆς σὺν θεῷ εἰσιούσης δευτέρας ἰνδικτίονος χωρὶς ὑπερθέσεως καὶ ἀντιλογίας καὶ κρίσεως καὶ δίκης, ἐν κριθῇ νέᾳ καθαρᾷ κεκοσ κινευμένῃ μέτρῳ ᾧ καὶ μεμέτρημαι ας νκν ταύτην τὴν κριθὴν εἰς οἴκον σου ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ πόλει ἰδίοις μου ζῴοις ἔνθα καὶ παρ είληφα, ὑποκειμένων σοι εἰς τοῦτο τὸ γραμματεῖον πάντων μου τῶν ὑπαρχόντων καὶ ὑπαρξόντων πραγμάτων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης· τὸ γραμματεῖον τοῦτο κύριον καὶ βέβαιον καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
