τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ Ἰωάννῃ ἀπὸ πριμικηρίων Ἰωάννης γεωργός· ἐπληρώθην παρά σου δημοσίου σίτου τῶν υ ἀρουρῶν ὑπὲρ καρπῶν δευτέρας ἰνδικτίονος καὶ ἀννωνῶν καὶ κανονικῶν καὶ παντοίωνπαντοιοις ἀναλωμάτωνἀναλωμασι ὑπὲρ τῆς αὐτῆς δευτέρας ἰνδικτίονος· καὶ πρὸς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαί σοι ταύτην τὴν πληρωτικὴν ἀποχήν, πληρωθεὶς ὡς πρόκειται. Ἰωάννης γεωργὸς ὁ προκείμενος ἐθέμην ταύτην τὴν ἀποχὴν ὡς πρόκειται. Βασιλείδης Συμφ ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος. Λώμης ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως μαρτυρῶ τῇ ἀποχῇ ἀκούσας παρὰ τοῦ θεμένου ἀποχὴ Ἰωάννου Ἰωνίου ἀπὸ Σνρου.
