Πτολεμαῖος Θωνίῳ τῷ ἀγαπητῷ ἀδελφῷ ἐν κυρίῳ χαίρειν. πρὸ μὲν πάν των εὔχομαί σε ὁλοκληρεῖν ψυχῇ καὶ σώμα τι. γινώσκεινγεινώσκειν σε θέλω ὅτι εἰ οὔπω ἠγό ρασας τὸ λινα ρίδιον καὶ τὰ ἄλλα, μὴ ἀγορά σῃς. ὁ γὰρ ἄν θρωπος ἀπε τάξατο περὶ αὐ τοῦ, ὡς εἶπόν σοι, ὅτι· οὐκ ἐγὼ θέλω. τὸν δὲ πίνακα ἐξαυ τῆς μὴ ἀμελή σῃς πέμψαι, καὶ δήλωσόν μοι τίνι θέ λεις μεταβα λεῖν τὴν τι μὴν αὐτοῦ. μνήσθητι ἀ γοράσαι μοι παρ θενικὸν τέ λειον σόλιον τρίχινον καὶ Κανωπι κὸν α. τὸν ἀγαπητὸν Τιθοῆν ἀπʼ ἐμοῦ προσαγόρευε. Θωνίῳ ἀδελφῷ παρὰ Πτολεμαίου.
