ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίου τὸ δ καὶ Κώνσταντος τὸ γ Αὐγούστων. Φλαουίοις Εὐλογίῳ καὶ Διονυσαρίῳ ῥιπαρίοις Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίων Ἀμόιτος Ὥρου καὶ Πατάπιος Παησίου καὶ Σαρμάτου πρεσβυτέρου καὶ Παπνουτίου Παησίου τῶν πάντων ἀπὸ κώμης Ἴστρου ζ πάγουἸσείουΖαπίτου. ἐπέθετο ἡμῖν ἡ ὑμῶν ἐμμέλειαἐμμέλια ὥστε Χωοῦν Ἡρακλήου ὑποβληθέν τα εἶναι ἀπὸ τῆς ἡμετέρας κώμης ἀνα ζητῆσαι καὶ παραστῆσαι. κατὰ ταῦτα ὁμολογοῦμεν ὀμνύντες τὸν σεβάσμιον θεῖον ὅρκον τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Αὐγούστων μήτε τὸν Χωοῦν ἔτι εἶναι ἐπὶ τῆς ἡμῶν κώμης μήτεμηδε εἰδέναι ἡμᾶς ὅπου ποτέ ἐστιν, καὶ μηδὲν διεψεῦ σθαι ἢ ἔνοχοι εἴημεν τῷ θείῳ ὅρκῳ
