ὑπατείᾳ Φλαουίου Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ λαμπροτάτου Χοίακ ιγ Φλαουίῳ Δωροθέῳ τῷ αἰδεσίμῳ πολιτευομένῳ τῆς Ἄνω Κυνωπολιτῶν πόλεως υἱῷ τῆς ἀρίστης μνήμης Ἰωσὴφ Αὐρήλιοι Τιμαγένης Φιλοξένου μητρὸς Ἀνθούσης καὶ Μουσῆς Φοιβάμμωνος μητρὸς Θέκλας πλυσιμάριος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύης ἐσχηκέναι παρὰ σοῦ ἐν χρήσει διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου σου εἰς ἰδίαν ἡμῶν καὶ ἀναγκαίαν χρείαν χρυσοῦ ἁπλοῦν δόκιμον εὔσταθμον νομισμάτιον ἕν, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτιον α κεφαλαίου, ὅπερ τοῦ χρυσοῦ νομισμάτιον ἓν ἀκίνδυνον ὂν ἀπὸ παντὸς κινδύνου ἐπάναγκες ἀποδώσομεν ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύης τῇ λύσειλύσι τῶν ἁγίων Πάσχων τοῦ Φαρμοῦθι μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους ρλζ ρϛ τῆς παρούσης τεσσαρεσκαι δεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος ἀνυπερθέτως καὶ χωρίς τινος ἀντιλογίας, γιγνομένης σοι τῆς πράξεως παρά τε ἡμῶν ἀλληλεγγύων ὄντων εἰς ἔκτισιν καὶ παρʼ οὗ ἐὰν ἡμῶν αἱρῇ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων ἡμῖν πάντων. κύριον τὸ γραμμάτιον ἁπλοῦν γραφὲν καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. Αὐρήλιοι Τιμαγένης Φιλοξένου μητρὸς Ἀνθούσης καὶ Μουσῆς Φοιβάμμωνος μητρὸς Θέκλας πλυσιμάριος οἱ προκείμενοι ἔσχαμεν ἐν χρήσει τὸ τοῦ χρυσοῦ νομισμάτιον ἓν κεφαλαίου καὶ ἀποδώσομεν ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύης τῇ προθεσμίᾳ ὡς πρόκειται.
