ἐμίσθωσεν Αὐρήλιος Ζωΐλος Διογένους ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως Αὐρηλίῳ Θώνει Πτολλᾶτος μητρὸς Ταϋσείριος ἀπὸ κώμης Μερμέρθων ἱερεῖ Μένδητος θεοῦ μεγίστου εἰς ἔτη τέσσαρα ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος β ἔτους τὰς ὑπαρχούσας αὐτῷ περὶ τὴν αὐτὴν Μερμέρθα ἐκ τῶντου Σπαρτάκου καὶ Ἑρ μοκράτους κλήρων ἀρούρας πέν τε ἥμισυ τέταρτον ἢ ὅσαι ἐὰν ὧσι ὥστε κατʼ ἔτος σπεῖραι καὶ ξυλαμῆ σαι πυρῷ χλωροῖς ἐξ ἡμισείας , ἐκ φορίου καὶ φόρου ἀποτάκτου κα τʼ ἔτος πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν εἴκοσι τεσ σάρων καὶ δραχμῶν ἐνενή κοντα ἕξ , ἀκινδύνων παντὸς κινδύνου, τῶν τῆς γῆς κατʼ ἔτος δημοσίων ὄντων πρὸς τὸν με μισθωκότα, ὃν καὶ κυριεύειν τῶν καρπῶν ἕως τὰ κατʼ ἔτος ὀ φειλόμενα κομίσηται. ἐὰν δέ τις, ὃ μὴ εἴη, ἄβροχος γένηται, παρα δεχθήσεται τῷ μεμισθωμέ νῳ, ὃς καὶ βεβαιουμένης τῆς μισθώσεως ἀποδότω τὰ κατʼ ἔτος ὀφειλόμενα μηνὶ Παῦνι, τὸν δὲ πυρὸν ἐφʼ ἅλω τῆς κώμης νέον καθαρὸν ἄδολον ἄβωλον ἄκριθον κεκοσκινευμένον
