Λευκίωι Ἰουλίωι παρὰ Ἀπολλωνίου τῶν ἀπὸ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχείτου νομοῦ. ἐδανεισάμην σὺν Θέωνι Ἁσύ χιος παρὰ τοῦ τοῦ Θέωνος ἀδελ φοῦ Ἁρσιήσιος ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς σ ὧν τοὺς κατʼ ἔτος τόκους ἐδιορθω σάμην τῷ τε Ἁρσιῆσι καὶ τῇ τού του γυναικὶ Τετεῦρι. νῦν δὲ ὁ Ἁρσιῆσις, ἐποφθαλμιάσας τῷ ὑπάρχοντί μοι μέρει οἰκίας, ἧς ἐστιν κοινωνός μου, ἐτόλμησεν ἐπιτελέσαι κα τʼ αὐτοῦ γράμματα ἐνεχυρασίας, βουλόμενος ἐπικρατῆσαι μέ ρους οἰκίας ἀξίου ἐπὶ τὸ ἧσσον ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν Β ἀντὶ τῶν τοῦ δανείου δραχμῶν διακοσίων ἐξ ὧν ἡ ἡμίσεια ἐπιβάλλει τῷ Θέωνι. ἔτι δὲ, τοῦ στρατηγοῦ τοῦ νομοῦ κωλύσαντος τὸν Ἁρσιῆσιν ἐξ ἧς ἐποιησάμην ἐντυχίας μηδὲν ἐπιτελεῖν, παρηγήσατο τὴν πα ραγγελίαν βίαιος ὑπάρχων. διὸ ἀξιῶ σὲ τὸν κύριον, ἐὰν φαίνη ται, γράψαι τῷ τοῦ νομοῦ στρατηγῷ ἐκπέμψαι ἐπὶ σὲ τόν τε Θέωνα καὶ τὸν Ἁρσιῆσιν καὶ τὴν κομισα μένηννκομισαμήνην τοὺς τόκους Τετεῦριν, ὅπως τύχω τῶν ἀπὸ σοῦ δικαίων ἵνʼ ὦ εὐεργετημένος. διευτύχει. ς στ το π ν ο δ ω ξυ δConnections
