Ἑρμοφίλῳ παρὰ Ὀρσενούφεως τοῦ Διοσκόρου καὶ Ψοσ νέως τοῦ Ψενμείνιος καὶ Πεννάμεως τοῦ Ἀμεννέως τῶν σὺν ἄλλοις πρεσβυ τέρων κώμης Πεεννὼ τῆς μέσης το παρχίας. πρὸς τὸ ἐπιδοθὲν Κλαυδίωι Ἡρακλείωι στρατηγῷ ὑπό τε ἡμῶν καὶ τῶν συνπρεσβυτέρων ἀναφόριον κα τὰ Διογένους χωματεπιμελητοῦχωματετεπιμελητοῦ περὶ τοῦ εἰληφέναι αὐτὸν παρὰ ἀν δρῶν πεντήκοντα ἑνὸς ἐκ δραχμῶν δ εἰς τὸ μὴ ἐργάσασθαι αὐτοὺς εἰς τὰ δημό σια χώματα τὴν πενταναυβίαν καὶ περὶ τοῦ διεσκεπακέναι αὐτὸν ἄλλους ἄνδρας ἐννέα ὁμοίως εἰς τὸ μὴ ἀπεργάσασθαι, ἐπιζητή σαντός σου τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν προγε γραμμένων ἐδηλώσαμεν ἀπὸ τού των ὀνόματα ἀνδρῶν δεκατρι ῶν οἳ καὶ ἐγγράπτως προσεφώνη σαν τῷ στρατηγῷ μηδὲν δεδωκέ ναι αὐτοὺς μήτε τῷ Διογένει μηδὲ τοῖς αὐτοῦ μηδʼ ἄλλῳ τινὶ ὑπὲρ τοῦ μὴ ἐργάσασθαι εἰς τὰ χώματα. ἐπι ζητοῦντος δέ σου τὰ τῶν λοιπῶν ὀνόματα ἀποφαινόμεθα ὀμνύντες τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Τίτου Καίσαρος Οὐεσπασιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ τύχην μηδὲν δύνασ θαι ἀποδεῖξαι δ τῶν διὰ τοῦ προ κειμένου ἀναφορίου δεδηλω μένων. εὐορκοῦσι μὲν ἡμῖνἡμεῖν εὖ εἴη, ἐπιορκοῦσι δὲ τὰ ἐναντία. ἔτους γ Αὐτοκράτορος Τίτου Καίσαρος Οὐεσπασιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ
