Ἀπολλώνιος Διοσκουρίδῃ τῷ φιλτάτῳ χαίρειν. ὡς κατʼ ὄψιν σε ἠρώτη σα ἐκτενῶς τὴν ἀπαί τησιν ποιήσασθαι τῶν παρὰ σοὶ ὀνομάτων καὶ νῦν σε ἐρωτῶ ἐπὶ πλέ ον προσελθεῖν τῇ ἀπαι τήσει ἐξαιρέτως καὶ τῶν στερεῶν ὀνομάτων ἐπεὶ πάντα ἠναγκάσθη μενἀνηγκάσθημεν βαλεῖν ἐπὶ τράπεζαν. εὗρον καὶ τὸν Πολυδᾶν α μηδὲν ἀπῃτηκότα καὶ ἀναγκαίως ἐνθάδε μεμένηκα. ἔρρωσο. Διοσκουρίδῃ παρὰ Ἀπολλωνίου φίλου.
